This is sooo cute platypus and hedgehog character memo pad! It's called "kamonohashikamo". There a cute platypus which can't decide and her favorite phrase is "kamo..." which means "may be...". Her head is sometimes "freeze" because she thinks too much. Her favorite food is melon pan (melon flavored bread).
There are also her friends like hedgehog "harinezumi kana" and "kamonohashi dasu" black platypus which helps her to decide.
