Etsy New Changes On re-listing items on your etsy shops might solve SEO problems on Google, Yahoo and Bing.

As you can see, You don't have to download etsyhacks to copy or renew your listings on etsy. (We still need etsyhacks to search sold items in the past though...)

According to Etsy Forum talking about this new features, Renew Sold helps you sell the same item again. Copy helps you sell a similar item by pre-filling the listing process with the data from the listing you're copying.

These options help customers to access to the items actually available not sold out pages on Google, Yahoo and Bing.
