These are really cute san-x kitty character kawaii memo pad. It's called neko no panya memo pad. Neko means cat and PanYa means bakery. This is new character of san-x in Japan.
There are cute cat baker, bear baby, rabbit baby, many cats babies, bird postman, mouse baby and etc. They start tea party. There are also bread, cheese and fruits on the table. It also says "tanoshii ochakai no hajimari". It means "This is a start of enjoying tea party".
